Hanging Design on Background

Type #1: A design created to hang on a door, wall, easel, panel or other solid surface. It may be a single design or more than one used together. These are not to be confused with Wreaths and Swags

Creative Hanging Design

Type #2: A free hanging design, incorporating space and may have motion. These are staged at eye level in a frame, hanging from a hook, ceiling, chandelier, etc. When staged in a frame, there must be space on all sides of the design, with only the means of suspension touching the frame. The design may have motion or may have more than one moving part, BUT NOT motorized! May be a single design, or two, or more used together.
